EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, email hello@shopanaya.com within 10 days of receiving your bag. Items must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging. Please include the name of purchaser, the order number and reason for exchange. Pending approval, you'll receive an RMA number with exchange instructions, as well as a free shipping label within 1-2 business days. Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of your box. Items received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Be sure to use an insured method for shipment such as UPS or FedEx, and keep your tracking number. Anaya is not repsonsible for items lost in transit. Upon receipt and inspection of item(s), your replacement item will be shipped at our expense within 1-2 business days, if you are located in the US. Please note we do not pay for replacement shipping if you are located outside the US. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. And we only accept exchanges that were purchased from our website, not another retail location.

RETURNS

Items must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging, and received within 10 days from the date your RMA was issued. Items received after 10 days will be returned. Please include the name of purchaser, the order number, and the reason for return. Pending approval, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of your box. Items received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Be sure to use an insured method for shipment such as UPS or FedEx, and keep your traking number. Anaya is not responsible for items lost in transit. Upon receipt and inspection of retuned item(s), your refund will be issued. Please note shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. And any items purchased at a discount are final sale. We only accept returns that were purchased from our website, not any other online or retail location.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL SALE OR  DISCOUNT CODE?

All orders purchased using a discount are considered FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return.
